Julie Ann Josefowski is responsible for the development and implementation of ITA's human resources strategies and programs, which support the execution of its strategic business objectives. She has more than 10 years experience in human resources, most recently serving as a senior human resources consultant with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

At The Children's Hospital, Ms. Josefowski specialized in employee relations, project management, development and interpretation of policy, strategic staffing, performance management and people development. Previously, Ms. Josefowski worked as a consultant with Diversified Search, a retained executive service firm.

She is a graduate of St. Joseph's University and is pursuing her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Relations at Villanova University.
