Robert L. Comis, MD, Chairman
Robert L. Comis, MD is the chairman of ITA Partners. In this role, he ensures that ITA’s services facilitate the delivery of quality cancer care nationwide.
Dr. Comis also is president and chairman of the Coalition of Cancer Cooperative Groups (www.cancertrialshelp.org), group chair of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG), and professor of Medicine and director of the Drexel University Clinical Trials Research Center in Philadelphia.

Eduardo Beruff is the founding president of ITA Partners, responsible for the company’s direction, management, and long-term growth. Mr. Beruff has 30 years of experience, primarily in health care, as a corporate leader, entrepreneur, and management consultant. William Flood, MD, Chief Medical Officer
As ITA's full-time chief medical officer, Dr. Flood ensures the clinical integrity of the company's services. Named one of the “Best Doctors in America ®,” Dr. Flood is a faculty member at Penn State College of Medicine/Hershey Medical Center. He is active with the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, one of the largest clinical trial research organizations in the United States, and the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, the world’s largest radiation treatment group.

George Foley, Director of Operations and Quality Assurance
Mr. Foley has 10 years experience in oncology care, including direct patient care, home health infusion and clinical roles in sales and marketing. He is a licensed registered nurse and has worked for AstraZeneca, helping to expand its oncology programs and products.

Julie Ann Josefowski, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Josefowski is responsible for the development and implementation of ITA's human resources strategies and programs, which support the execution of its strategic business objectives. She has more than 10 years experience in human resources, most recently serving as a senior human resources consultant with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Sherry Knight, Director of Communications & Media Relations
Ms. Knight oversees ITA's communications with patients, clients and physicians, its media efforts, and its internal communications. Before joining ITA, she founded and led a public relations consulting firm for 12 years, often serving organizations dedicated to improving health care and education. She previously worked in corporate public relations and was an award-winning newspaper reporter.

Colleen A. Merrell, Associate Director of Quality Assurance and Training
Mrs. Merrell came to ITA from the Fox Chase Virtua Health Cancer Program in southern New Jersey, where she developed, implemented and directed a comprehensive breast care program. She has received several awards for clinical excellence, patient education and community service, including the Local Hero award from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award. Merrell also has authored an award-winning breast cancer handbook. |
