From Ben Franklin Bridge, heading west: Take Rte. I-676 West, Vine Street Expressway. Follow to the Broad Street exit, continue straight on Broad Street to JFK Boulevard, turning right on JFK. ITA offices are on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building. Parking is available on 19th Street, on your right or left between JFK and Market Street.

From Route I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), heading east: Take Rte. I-76 East to Rte. I-676 East. Take first exit (23rd Street) and turn right onto 23rd Street, heading south (23rd Street is before the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp). Turn left on Market Street. Then turn left on 18th Street. ITA offices are on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building. Parking is available on 19th Street, on your right or left between JFK and Market Street.

From Route I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), heading west: Take Rte. I-76 West to 30th Street exit. Turn right (east) on Market Street. Turn left on 18th Street. ITA offices are on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building. Parking is available on 19th Street, on your right or left between JFK and Market Street.

From I-95 North or South: Exit at Rte. I-676 West, Vine Street Expressway. Follow to the Broad Street exit, continue straight on Broad Street to JFK Boulevard, turning right on JFK. From New York or New Jersey: Take exit 4 off the New Jersey Turnpike. Follow Rte. 73 North to Rte. 38 West. Then follow Rte. 38 West to Rte. 30 West. Follow signs and cross over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Take Rte. I-676 West, Vine Street Expressway. Follow to the Broad Street exit, continue straight on Broad Street to JFK Boulevard, turning right on JFK. ITA offices are on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building. Parking is available on 19th Street, on your right or left between JFK and Market Street.

From Philadelphia International Airport
: The airport is approximately eight miles southwest of the center of Philadelphia.


Taxis are available outside the baggage claim areas; fare is fixed at $28.50. The trip will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

There also is a SEPTA airport rail line to Center City. Trains run every 30 minutes from 5:30 AM until 11:30 PM daily. The airport trains stop at 30th Street Station; Penn Center (Suburban Station). ITA offices are directly across the street from Suburban Station on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building.

Driving Directions from Philadelphia International Airport: Head east; take the ramp to I-95 North. Keep left at the fork, following signs for Philadelphia/I-95 N and merge onto I-95 N.  Take exit 22 on the left toward I-676 W/US-30 W/Central Philadelphia.  Merge onto Vine Street Expressway. Continue onto I-676 West.  Exit onto North 15th Street. Turn right at John F. Kennedy Boulevard. ITA offices are on the 9th floor of the 1800 JFK Boulevard Building. Parking is available on 19th Street, on your right or left between JFK and Market Street.

The main entrance to the 1800 JFK Boulevard building is on the southwest corner of 18th Street and JFK Boulevard.
